“動態電壓法”
如果對電路的“常態”不易把握,或者是懶于推算DU2的關鍵腳信號電壓值,也可以采用“動態電壓法”,進一步判斷故障在DU2器件本身或處圍電路。“動態電壓法”,是采用“人工手段”,破壞電路的“常態”,使電路“動起來”,進而由電路的動態變化,確定故障范圍或故障元件。這是電路檢修中非常有效,也經常采用的方法之一。其關鍵是在電路中找到“動手的地方”——電路的信號輸入端,改變電路信號輸入端的常態,同時測量輸出端的動態變化,則可以從電路的輸出狀態能否“響應”輸入狀態的變化,來判斷電路是否正常。
從整個電路構成出發(結合DU2時基電路自身功能),將2/6腳(實際電路中已經短接)作為信號輸入端,將輸出端3腳作為反相信號輸出端,將放電端7腳作為同相信號輸出端。即把DU2器件作為反相器(或同相器)電路,用輸入開關量信號的方法作為DU2器件好壞的判斷。用下述“動態電壓法”檢查DU2本身的好壞。
方法1:將2、6腳與供電地短接,同時測量輸出端3腳應該變為8V高電平,7腳變為0V低電平;方法2:將2、6腳與供電正端(8.6V)相短接,同時測量輸出端3腳應該變為0V低電平,7腳變為8V高電平。若測驗結果相符,則DU2器件是好的,故障在外圍電路;若輸出端的電平變化與輸入端不相符,或不隨輸入端電平變化而變化,則說明DU2器件已經損壞。這兩種方法其實只需其中一種,即測驗出DU2器件的好壞。
當然,還有其它的“動態電壓法”也可以檢測DU2的好壞,如利用開路和接入2/6腳外接電容DC42的方法,測量3腳的電壓變化,從而可判斷有無脈沖信號輸出。
